House rules

By entering the event grounds, you indicate to be aware of and agree with the following house rules:

By entering the event grounds, you indicate to be aware of and agree with the following house rules:

  • Everybody that enters the event grounds and corresponding areas must be in possession of a valid admission ticket or accreditation.
  • Entering the event grounds is at your own risk, the organisation cannot be held responsible for missing and/or damaged possessions, as well as any damages of visitors, participants, staff and volunteers.
  • If asked, you are obliged to present a valid proof of identification (ID, passport or driver’s licence).
  • Bikes and scooters are not allowed on the event grounds and need to be left at the indicated areas.
  • Visitors under obvious influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be denied entrance to the grounds inexorably.
  • The care for missing children can be found at the first aid (EHBO) tent.
  • Instruction by organisation and staff are to be followed at all times.
  • Troublesome behaviour can lead to removal from the event grounds.
  • It is forbidden to carry: glass, can, weapons of any kind (or objects that may be considered as those), drugs.
  • Photo devices are allowed on the grounds, to be used without flash, but selfie sticks are not allowed as the view of other visitors should stay as good as possible.
  • Bags, backpacks and such may be checked by security for presence of those objects.
  • Frisking on the event grounds is possible if the organisation sees it as necessary for public order and safety.
  • All photo material recorded during the event is free of rights and for promotional purposes of the Longines FEI European Championships Rotterdam 2019, usage for commercial purposes is only allowed with permission of the organisation.
  • It is not allowed to drink alcohol under 18 years old. If you are younger than 25, alcohol is only available after presenting a valid proof of identification.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the tents or on the stands.
  • Dogs are not allowed on the event grounds.
  • Without permission of the organisation, it is not allowed to sell goods, hand out flyers or samples around or on the event grounds.
  • When leaving, take the residents into account, it is not allowed to take food and drinks with you.

If somebody does not comply with these rules, he or she can be refused entrance or be asked to leave the grounds.
