From 19 to 25 August 2019 no less than three European Championships will be hosted in Rotterdam: Longines FEI European Championships Jumping, Dressage & Para-Dressage. A unique event that never came to the Netherlands in this form. It will be the largest equestrian event ever held in the Kralingse Bos in Rotterdam and the largest in the Netherlands after the 1994 World Equestrian Games.

Up to the European Championships, various side events, meetings, activations and networking meetings are organized where equestrian sport is central in whatever form.
The EC organization has developed 5 EC-photo-suitcases that contain crazy gadgets and attributes to take the nicest photos with. From April 2019 they will travel through the country. Every month a winner is chosen who receives a prize.
